Summer Reading 2026: Unearth a Story
Dinosaurs/Archaeology/Paleontology
Registration will begin on Tuesday, May 26th and end on Saturday, June 6th.
At registration, participants will receive reading logs and activity sheets.
Turn these in throughout the summer to earn prize drawing entries.
Each week, we will have a hands-on activity.
Registered participants may stop in any time during
our open hours to complete the weekly project.
No additional registration is required for the weekly projects.
In addition to the weekly activities,
we will have special events throughout the summer.
These special events require pre-registration, due to space constraints.
Special Events are marked with ** on the schedule below.
You may pre-register for these events when registering for
the Summer Reading Program starting on May 26th
or call/e-mail the library to see if we still have available space.
All activities are open to children pre-school aged through high school.
Adults: Stop in to the library and pick up a Bookopoly board to earn prize entries!
Bookopoly boards need to be returned to the library by Saturday, August 1st.
